We also provide the same professional level of project management for CM at Risk projects that we do for all of our other type projects with the ultimate goal of satisfying the owner/end user.

Too often in the current rapidly changing construction market, we find many general contractors, construction managers and design build contractors trying to build today’s projects for yesterday’s budget. In order to assist our customers in coping with budgetary disparities, we offer value engineering services. With this service, we provide contractors and owner/end user cost savings alternatives in order to ensure that their projects get done on time and within budget without sacrificing the quality of the project.

Fastrac now offers Building Information Modeling (BIM) for the projects for which we have been contracted. This has been an added resource implemented on projects that we have completed changing the way the project is managed and executed.
The use of BIM goes beyond the planning and design phase of the project, extending throughout the building life cycle, supporting processes including cost management, construction management, project management and facility operation.
